Your portal and your PIN.
Set up your account once, then sign in on the iPad at the front desk every time you train. Watch the short guide, or follow the steps under it.

How it works

Open your welcome email
After you join, you get an email from us called "Your member portal is ready". Tap Set up my account.

Choose a password and PIN
Choose a password for your portal, then a four-digit academy sign-in PIN. Your PIN is how you sign in at the academy, so pick one you'll remember.

Create your account
Tap Create account and you're in. Your portal shows your attendance, progress and membership. You can change your PIN any time under Sign-in PIN.

Sign in at the front desk
When you arrive, enter your PIN on the iPad at the front desk, select your class and tap Confirm sign-in.

Training with your kids
Enter your own PIN. You'll see everyone on your membership. Tick a class for each person training today, then confirm.
Common questions
Sign in to your member portal and open Sign-in PIN to choose a new one. You don't need your old PIN. If you can't get into the portal, ask us at the front desk and we'll help you reset it.

Yes. Scan the QR code on the screen at the front desk with your phone camera, then enter your mobile number and PIN.
Check your junk folder for an email called "Your member portal is ready". The link lasts 14 days. If it has expired or you can't find it, ask us at the front desk or get in touch and we'll send a new one.
Check you're entering your own four-digit PIN. If it still doesn't work, see us at the front desk. We'll sign you in and help you set a new PIN.
